Return & Exchange Policy

At Yorknava, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or exchange becomes necessary. We have crafted a transparent and customer-friendly return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.


Eligibility:

  • Our return policy covers products purchased directly from Yorknava.
  • The return period is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery. We only offer refunds in the form of gift cards/coupon codes.

Damaged Products:

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, we request that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate the return process, we require a video of the unboxing experience, clearly showing the damage to the product packaging. This video is crucial for us to process your return smoothly and efficiently.


Return Process:

  • If your product is damaged, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the necessary steps for initiating the return.
  • Once we have received the video of the damaged package, we will review it and evaluate the extent of the damage.
  • We will provide instructions and issue a return authorization if the damage is confirmed.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packaged using the original packaging materials for the return shipment.

Refund or Exchange:

  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If the product passes our inspection, refunds will be processed in the form of gift cards/coupon codes.

Return Criteria:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from any signs of use or damage.
  • The product tags and packaging must also be intact and included in the return shipment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet these criteria.

Return Shipping:

  • We will bear the cost of return shipping for the product. If the return pickup has been arranged by our end and, for some reason, you fail to return it on the scheduled day, the return shipping cost of ₹100 will be charged to you.
  • Please follow the provided instructions for returning the product using the prepaid label.

Important Note:

  • Our return policy applies only to damaged products or sizing issues. For any other concerns or inquiries, please get in touch with our customer support team, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

  • Shipment Delivery & Assistance:
    Please note that if your shipment is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, it is important to contact us within that period for assistance. If you report an undelivered order after 15 days, we may not be able to offer further support.
