Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.


 

 

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 5-7 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@yorknava.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
